Today Cory graduated from BYU! Yea!!! I know we have a lot more school ahead, but we are still very excited about this step! We'll be making our decision about medical school within the next two weeks, so we'll let you know soon! Wish us luck in our stressful decision making process! :) 
Eye doctors have told me for years that I need to wear my glasses more to give my eyes a rest from contacts. My eyes are terrible, so all you normal contact-wearing folks don't have to worry, I have to wear glasses more because "I'm special!" lol! Anyway, I'm super nervous about wearing glasses, but I'm trying! I told my students that they HAD to tell me they liked my glasses! They all did! He! He! -Am I letting my teaching power go to my head???
Yesterday, April Fool's Day, I decided to have a little fun with my class! After lunch I sat the kids down and told them we had to have an important chat. I told them that during lunch I got a call from my husband and decided that we were going to move to San Diego (they knew we're thinking about this anyway.) They were all shocked, but wait it gets better. I told them that Cory got accepted to Spring Semester which meant we were moving this weekend and they'd have a new teacher on Monday! They were so sad, I'm so mean! I told them that I'd tell their new teacher just how we did everything so he/she would know what to do. I carried it on for only about 10min. or so, but it was enough! I finally told them, "April Fool's" and they're expressions changed from sad to laughing their heads off! A couple kids told me they were about to cry! Aww! I feel bad! At least I know they like me!
